Helpdesk

The portal already provides a lot of guidance information about the use of the various services for viewing and downloading of the EMODnet DTM and the metadata services for survey data sets and composite DTMs. See the sections on 'metadata and data’ and ‘data products’.  

In addition a Help Desk is available during the week at EU office hours for answering questions of data providers. The Help Desk is available by email and telephone.

call symbol  Users can also ask for telephone assistance in their email by including their name, telephone number, subject and request to be called back. The Help Desk will arrange the right person to call back when available.
